PayPal handles our subscription billings. You can use any of the major credit cards or an e-check. Easy accounting for your tax deductible classified land advertisement. PayPal is part of the Ebay Corporation and is the largest global payment site online. Trusted and Secure.



How Come My Land-Ad Isn't Showing Up?
1.) You will need a current Subscription with PayPal. If you haven't placed one yet please choose a plan now.
2.) Did you submit your land information in the Submit Form?
3.) We review all submitted listings prior to activation - Please be patient while we review your new land ad - It will be activated shortly


Where Do I Email My Pictures?
You can email your pictures as an E-mail attachment to

Please name your land pictures with your LandID number

I Don't Have Any Pictures Of My Lot For Sale
1.) Google Maps and Yahoo Maps have excellant satellite views of your property.
2.) Enter the nearest cross streets to find your lot location
3.) Do a screen capture image of your property.

4.) Name your land photos with your LandID number & email them to us.

I Emailed My Pictures - Why Aren't They Displayed?
Your email service is detecting these attachments and purging your emails before they get delivered to us.

For Yahoo Email Users
1.) Get a FREE e-mail account at http://mail.yahoo.com
2.) Email your pictures as an attachment, in .jpg or .gif format.
3.) Name your pictures with the appropriate Land-ID numbers.
4.) In the Subject field: Land Pictures - Land-ID: number

Do You Charge A Commission If I Sell My Land?
No, You pay no commission to us. You save the real estate commission, but we would love to hear your success stories from using Land-fsbo.com, please drop us an email when you sell it.


How Do I Add My Driving Directions?
1.) If you don't have the property address, use the nearest Cross Streets (i.e. Broadway and Central ) for the address.
Add this information with the City, State or Zip code in the Yahoo Maps, or Google Maps
2.) Copy the URL in the Address Bar, at the top of your browser.
3.) Copy and paste this address and email it with your Land-ID number to the webmaster. See how to copy your Driving Direction link.


How Do I Cancel My Land For Sale Advertising?
There are 2 ways to cancel your paid subscription.
1.) Visit Paypal.com and cancel your subscription. Your Land-ad will be marked SOLD, and De-Activated.
2.) Visit http://Land-fsbo.com/edit.cfm Enter LandID and Password, then Check the Box To DELETE Land-Ad
Note: Your land-ad becomes de-activated, and your Paypal subscription will be canceled the next billing cycle. This means $19.95 will be automatically charged, prior to cancellation. To avoid an extra billing charge, you must cancel your Paypal subscription prior to the next billing cycle.


How Can I Get My Plat Map?
You can contact the County Tax Assessors Office, some are Online. Most Assessors Offices have a link to look up your Parcel Map. You can get a screen capture of your plat map and sometimes a GIS map with an aerial overlay. Snagit Screen Capture is handy utility and best for this job.


How much do you charge to replace existing photos?
Photo replacements are primarily Free. Some individuals like to replace their photos weekly, in which case we have a $10. fee for the sizing and replacing of the existing land pictures.


What is RSS?
